Data packs have no expiry date — the balance in your account stays there until you use it up. You can buy one now and start using it months later; there is no end-of-month reset.
A data pack is a separate allowance and is never mixed with a monthly plan's data. If your monthly allowance runs out, you can draw on a data pack first instead of upgrading your tier right away.
You can request a refund within 60 days of your first payment, no questions asked. If a data pack has already been partly used, the refund is calculated based on actual usage; see the Terms of Use page for the exact policy.
